Elegant Wedding Celebration at the Gleneagles Hotel

Karl and Amanda’s elegant three day wedding celebration at the Gleneagles Hotel, Scotland, was a show stopper. With the help of the wonderful in-house event planner, Leila, their three day celebration involved a hawk hunting walk, introducing the estates’ Highland cows to their guests, Whiskey tasting, an indoor picnic, fine wine, incredible food and proper party to end it all. The Gleneagles Hotel is located in the heart of Scotland, which is rather conveniently a five minute drive from Harper Scott Photo HQ!

Gleneagles is surrounded by beautiful gardens which Karl and Amanda maximised use of, arranging events at various points on the expansive estate. Gleneagles is house in a historic building that is the perfect combination of glamour and warmth. At the time of planning, the pair were living in NYC - with Amanda originally being from LA and Karl from Finland - Scotland was relatively equidistant for their guests. Gleneagles Hotel proved to be the perfect location for them.

The Gleneagles Hotel is a thoroughly warm and relaxing venue for guests as the venue is able to accommodate for everyone to stay. The incredible spa facilities and multiple restaurants and bars allowed Karl and Amanda’s guests to celebrate in style with them whilst enjoying a mini break of their own.
